The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard adopted for Nigerian government websites. In practice that means the site should work for you if you use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard alone, need larger text, or find low-contrast text difficult to read.

What we have done

What still falls short

We would rather tell you than let you discover it:

Getting content another way

If you cannot use part of this website, you do not have to. Anything published here is available by phone on (234) 903 322 2444, by email at info@kasitda.kn.gov.ng, or in person at Kano State Government House, Kano, Nigeria during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm). We can provide information in large print or read it to you over the phone, and forms can be completed on your behalf.

Reporting a problem

Tell us through the feedback form, by email, or by phone. Please describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We respond to accessibility reports within 72 hours, and we treat them as defects rather than suggestions.
